June 29 3 day to launch. Got up early this morning and fished the Main Salmon for a few hours, funny how you can’t sleep in when your so close to great trout water.
We spent the afternoon poking around the other side of the Sawtooth range. Some of the beauty of the west.

The South Fork of the Payette River, Idaho

I had a tough time finding water that was fishable, most of the rivers in this area where running high and fast. After fishing the west for the last 6 years in a drought, it was a big change. I ended up on Marsh Creek at then end of the day and had a good time playing with some nice rainbows.
